The organization was founded in June 1992 to provide Accounting and Valuation Services.

Our Team

Our team of  professional valuers and support personnel; manage client relations and work processes. Shivashal Investments is an equal opportunity, level 3 B-BBEE rated company. We have professional indemnity cover and are insured through AON South Africa (Pty) Ltd.


Mr. N. Haripersad leads the organization with more than 40 years’ experience in the industry. He started his working career with Metboard Natal Ltd incorporating Security Executor and Trust Company Limited for 11 years in the position of Financial Accountant.


He has 25 years’ professional experience in the valuation and property field. Mr. N. Haripersad also managed the valuation department for

Business Partners Limited for 15 years, where he undertook valuations of industrial, commercial, residential and agricultural properties for security purposes.
